Version 4 of the 2008 CHC program is available here.

In the meantime, please review these event amenities, notes, and acknowledgements (updated as we go) to ensure you have the best possible participant experience:

Fields: 38 lined fields at one site.

Parking: We have been promised access to the large horse pasture directly East of our field space for use as overflow parking. This should relieve the parking congestion of past years.

Please respect instructions from folks directing parking. Please try to park in orderly, space efficient rows. Please do not park each other in, and please ABSOLUTELY DO NOT touch any part of the horse pasture fences.

Port-O-Lets: Due to the effects of Gustav we were unable to distribute Port-O-Lets around the complex as planned. Instead they have been placed in 4 groups around the edges of the complex along 119th Street and the back edge of the property (parking area). Please make a note of their locations and allot extra time for use. Servicing has been arranged for early Sunday morning. If any units run out of toilet paper please let us know -- we'll have some extra at tournament HQ.

Trash: We are maxing out our field usage and going late into Sunday to try to give you more quality games. Please help us out by policing your sidelines and gathering / bagging your trash. There will be trash bags in every captain's packet, at tournament HQ, and distributed to you at your sidelines. Your cooperation helping us clean up as we go is greatly appreciated!

Water: Water will be provided at several sites around the complex. Please do not throw out our containers or take them to your fields. Please bring a container (like a Nalgene) for your personal use.

Fruit: We'll have bananas, nectarines, peaches, and plums each day thanks to our partner Stanley's Fruits & Vegetables. Thanks for supporting CHC!

Breads: We are grateful to our partner Healthy Life Bread who will be providing 1 bag of English Muffins, 1 bag of Cinnamon Bread, and 1 bag of Raisin Bread per team on Saturday. Thanks for supporting CHC!

Bagels: Thanks to our partner Panera Bread for a contribution of product as well as discounts on bagels for Sunday. Thanks for supporting CHC!

Trainers: Bill Hughes and staff will be back again this year with an extra trainer on hand each day for the morning rush.

Massage: Massage therapist Jennie Boehning will be back providing massages for tips at Tournament HQ. Please tip generously :)

Team Gifts: In cooperation with FIVE ULTIMATE, a gift has been prepared for every participating team. It will be available at tournament HQ or at the FIVE ULTIMATE tent.

Energy Drink: A representative from Steaz Energy will be on hand Saturday providing product to participants. We expect to also have product for Sunday. Thanks for supporting CHC!

Sports Drink: A representative from POWERade will be on hand Saturday providing product to participants. We expect to also have product for Sunday. Thanks for supporting CHC!

Snacks: We may be able to line up something here in cooperation with one of our sponsors. If we do, it'll be a good thing because...

Lunch: There are no plans to offer food at lunch on either day.

Pizza: Beginning around 4:30pm we will have assorted pizza for sale at $3 / slice for 1/8th of a 1 topping 18" pie or 1/8th of a multi-topping vegetarian or vegan 16" pie. Cash only please.

Beer: We will begin pouring (FREE!) Pabst Blue Ribbon, Killian's Irish Red, and Leinenkugel's Honey Weiss during the last round on Saturday until much later in the evening. YOU MUST HAVE POSITIVE ID 21+! Soft drinks will be available for drivers and the those underage.

The Dean Smith Game: This commemorative ultimate game will be played on the show field Saturday afternoon between Windy City and other contemporaries of Dean. Please contact me if you knew Dean and wish to participate.
