The tournament fee for CHC 2009 will be $375 per team. We will be doing our absolute best to create a wonderful player experience with every dollar.
Bid Submittion instructions:
Fill out and submit the bid form.
Send payment ($375) - your bid is not complete until we receive it.
We accept teams on a rolling basis as soon as we feel confident we can stock a division.
The deadline for bids and receipt of payment is July 31st.
Payments from teams that withdraw or don't get in will be returned or destroyed.
Once you're accepted, return of funds is based on our discretion/ability to find a replacement team.
After August 14th all withdrawals will be penalized.
Levels within a division will be taken as requests but are not guaranteed. Placement will depend on teams, format, allocation of space between divisions, etc.
